- Take County Road 193 to Hualien Bridge, continue onto Provincial Highway 11C (Fengping Rd.), cross Huaike Bridge, turn left at the Yuemei sign near the 7.3K marker, cross Yuemei Bridge, then take the fourth turning on the right.
